We require a deposit of one night plus tax via credit card.
After you make a reservation, a confirmation letter and a map to our office will be sent. Please look over the confirmation letter and make sure all dates are correct.
Properties will include towels, soap, and paper products. Linens will be provided for all beds, EXCEPT sleeper sofas.
A non-refundable $30 pet deposit is required at check in. A credit card is also required to cover any fees for damages above the $30.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
If for some reason you will be late, please notify the office at
(800) 761-2629.
Late arrivals will be required to prepay prior to us leaving a key and map left out.
NO-SHOWS will be charged the full balance.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM
At check out, please wash your dishes and bag up all the trash.

If you cancel after you make a reservation, you will lose one night deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, you will lose the total rental. A security deposit for damage will be taken for the larger units starting at 4 bedrooms and up. The deposit required will be $250, and it will be refunded after the unit is checked.

After April 1, gas fireplaces are turned off and wood is no longer furnished for the wood-burning fireplaces.

In addition to your rental charge, all reservations will be charged a non-refundable $15 reservation fee.

It is important to note that there are certain health risks that are associated with the use of a hot tub, spa, sauna and/or swimming pool. A warning statement will be part of the lease agreement. It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform anyone using these facilities during the term of the stay of the potential hazards.
If you have any questions concerning the operation of the tub, call the office during business hours.
Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person. DO NOT STAND OR SIT ON HOT TUB COVERS! They will break and you will be charged for replacement.
